The staff was very unfriendly did not try to

accommodate English speaking travelers. The hotel was aware of our wedding party attendance but did not provide proper support. The shuttle service they claimed was free wasn't communicated well. Overall, management needs to improve their communication and guest services.

The live music really made dinner special. The spa center and sun loungers were perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Just a heads-up that getting around the property can be a bit tricky with limited accessibility, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! 🌞

This place suits me perfectly, offering amenities like free wi-fi, a spa & wellness center, and an outdoor swimming pool. The staff once helped me print important documents. I highly recommend it!

My stay was pure bliss! The views from my Master Suite were nice, overlooking green hills and a shimmering lake. I loved lounging in my very own private pool, where I felt pampered and peaceful all day long.
